Cancellation Policy

At Blerokan, we understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed to our carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.

After Your Order Has Shipped

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Personalized or Custom Orders

Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation and refund have been processed.
