All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to all domestic orders within the United States.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available yet.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
