At Blerokan, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom name or photo cases)
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Items returned without prior authorization

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@blerokan.us with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blerokan.us with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem at no cost to you — replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
• If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@blerokan.us.
