Shipping Policy

At Blerokan, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Personalized orders (custom name, photo, or initials cases) require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to all domestic orders within the United States.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order at: www.blerokan.us/pages/order-tracking
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not currently available.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@blerokan.us with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Blerokan is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@blerokan.us — we can only make changes before the order ships.
